The Prides final two cruises in Pictures

Ah, St. Thomas the end of the Prides second to last cruise and the start of the actual final cruise. Pity there wasn't any merchandise on board reflecting the final cruise.

It was sad to see people disembark. I don't think a single week is a good length for a cruise.

The last three or four times I was in Charlotte Amelie I ended up getting stuck in bad traffic so I decided to stay on the ship rather than risk missing the boat. For those of us in transit the Sky bar was opened early and the Verandah was opened for lunch (something the embarking passengers took great advantage of).

We were in Crown bay which has super easy airport access but IIRC everything else is a bit distant.

I wonder if a Coat Guard assignment to St. Thomas is highly contested

Then it was time for the muster drill. This time around not as many people were drinking and I didn't see any calling/texting. What I did notice was one person was allowed to participate from the shade of the seating around the Sky bar.

I don't think I'd order this again. IIRC it was supposed to be cinnamon raisin and you couldn't taste either.

Finally the restaurant was open for lunch. It would take only a few days to curb my enthusiasm.

So there was a bit of a rivalry between Karl and some guests. Karl had their mattresses hoisted to the room ceiling. This was one part of their retaliation (another bit was a pen holder filled with gloopy sani-gel). Had they really wanted to get him they would've relocated his Red Bull stash:D

I wonder whos uniform that is?

You can even see the red bull from up here

Karl v. his doppleganger (note the first thing he recovers is the Red Bull - not his name tag, pin or epaulettes)
