Dance times

I want to make some dining reservations and need to figure out what time to book. We cruise mainly to dance (ballroom, not disco). If any one can tell me the usual tomes for dance sets on board that would be really helpful (probably the Ocean Bar and Crows Nest if those are still dance venues....it has been few years since we were last on HAL so things may have changed). We would like to time dinner to take advantage of breaks between sets if we can.

And, if there isn't much dance music played now pls let us know (although we usually find a way to dance to lots of kinds of music as long as there is space without carpet (yes, even those tiny Ocean Bar spaces can work...well, sort of!).
