From the article it is inside the National Museum grounds so you will have to pay an admission fee to get inside. We went two years ago but I can't remember how much it was to get in. I know it was very reasonable and the museum is very interesting. You can also sit right by the dolphins and watch them interacting with people that have paid to "Swim with the dolphins."

Museum is $10 for those 13 and up

Under 13 free

Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
