Looks like she is docked portside

 

Some of the ship tracking websites do not update via Satellite and they will only show last known position.

That's not the Dream. It's a Conquest Class ship, the Whale Tail is too tall to be the Dream. The lifeboat arrangement is also different than the Dream, these boats are mounted higher than the Dream's.

 

It could be as another posted mentioned the Glory.

Well, the picture that is now posted is different than the one that was shown when I posted that reply.

Now the image shows no ship at the pier, unless Carnival is using a new super secret cloaking device......
