We were on Ecstasy (the ship) in September 2010. Do you know the name of the Maitre D' at that time? He was blonde, maybe in his late 30's.

I don't think his name is Freddy. I googled Freddy and that shows me a dark headed darker skin man. This guy was blonde, athletic build, and in his 30's.

I made a scrapbook and am looking for his name so I can put it in the book I made about 3 years ago.

I did a brief search, and there is a short review with a picture of who they claim to be Freddy. He was blondish. I keep all my old funtimes, and of course I can't find the box they are in. If I locate them, I'll post.
