Sailing on the Legend on 1/4/06 - currently have a balcony cabin on the starboard side on the Empress deck- wondered if anyone has an opinion on which side is better - as far as getting more sun, etc. Thanks in advance.

That would depend on where you're sailing from and where you're sailing to:rolleyes:

It also depends if you're an early riser, or a late riser.

Good point - didn't think of that. Usually I'm up before the sun:rolleyes:

The chance of getting sun before the sun comes up is pretty poor.

However if it is a round trip cruise, I would assume the sun you dont get on the way out, you would get on the way back and vice versa.

Still it will be darn little at 4am ;)

Sailing from Ft. Lauderdale to Belize, Costa Rica and Panama. I understand about having sun either down or back, but after sailing on the Mexican Riveria last January and not having much sun either way while sailing, I just wondered if one side was considered better.
