LBroxon Posted June 5, 2014 #1 Share Posted June 5, 2014 Does the Conquest have Mongolian Wok? I'm assuming not, because I can't find it on any of the description or deck plans. Anyone been aboard her and know for sure?

ready2cruzagain Posted June 5, 2014 #3 Share Posted June 5, 2014 No it does not have the Mongolian Wok. It has the Fish n Chips instead which is located on the deck above the buffet.
saharaga Posted June 5, 2014 #4 Share Posted June 5, 2014 We were on it last year. It has the Blue Iguana Cantina, Fish and Chips, and Guys Burgers. Apparently, there is also a Taste Bar (looks like tapas) that I did not know existed. Frankly, we did not miss the Mongolian Wok. We were not impressed with the food there when we tried it on the Valor. Could have just been the cook's on the Valor, though. You can look at dining options for each ship on Carnival's site. cruzinlisa Posted June 5, 2014 #5 Share Posted June 5, 2014 No, they got rid of Mongolian Wok when they did the 2.0 upgrades. I believe Guys burgers is in its place. As others have said, there is Guys, burrito bar (Blue Iguana I think it is called), fish and chips (upstairs from the buffet), pizza and other options. Also, in the evenings they have a taste bar and deck 5 just past the casino. I don't think it was every night- maybe sea days? Last time we went on Conquest I don't think either DH or I ate any of the buffet entrees. It was always Guys, pizza or fish and chips. We never got to eat at the burrito place for lunch, because they closed at 2. We usually had the brunch on sea days so we weren't hungry at lunch time. Conquest has a lot of options. Writerfl Posted June 6, 2014 #6 Share Posted June 6, 2014 While the Mongolian Wok is gone, there is still an Asian Food area in the Buffet. The Deli is on one side of the buffet galley and the Asian food window is on the other. The dishes are prepared fresh and are delicious, but you don't get to pick your ingredients like the Wok.
