Pick-Up Time for 12:50 PM EWR departure

I apologize for positing a question that has probably been asked & answered before - - -

 

My family & I have a 12:50 PM departure out of EWR on Sunday, July 20. We will be disembarking Celebrity Summit that morning. Can anyone advise what time we should plan to have private transportation meet us at the port to take us to EWR?

 

We are open to doing self-disembarkation, if that's necessary due to the pick-up time.
