Where to find cruise credit

Our TA told us we had cruise credit when he booked our cruise. We also sent our Carnival stock info to be applied to our account. Where do we find this information on our cruise account on line?

Log in to carnival.com (or .co.uk for UK site)

 

Click on 'manage my booking' and all the info should be there. For credit received on booking it should show immediately but I believe that for stock credit, it can take some time to show after you've faxed/emailed the relevant paperwork.

The TA credit should be in the cruise summary, which is near the bottom of the page. Any credit your agency sends is not shown until a few days before the cruise in the event the cruise is cancelled. (This is all found on manage my cruise as posted by rubyGold.)

 

It seems the TA credit is different on the US and UK info, but both are at the same place.

 

Sorry, I don't have stock, but my guess it is in the same place.
