Your favourite pre dinner cocktail ?

Faced with a long list of cocktails I rarely feel adventurous enough to go beyond ordering a Martini or a Gin and Tonic. What am I missing out on ?

I'll go for a glass of red wine if the ship has a decent one by the glass. I'll also go for some vodka on the rocks IF the ship has premium vodka. None of that Grey Goose, Ketel One stuff - those are good as mixers. I found some Ultimat on one of the ships and I hit that bar every evening for one or two of those AFTER dinner along with the one before dinner.
