Help with Add On dinner options

Hi there,

 

We booked the steakhouse the first night on board our 12/6 Sunshine cruise (I like my wine). A few questions I just thought of - is it a bottle of wine per cabin or per table?

 

Also, we want to make a reservation for Cuchina - do I have to wait until we're on board? If not, how do I do so? I looked on the website and it didn't smack me in the face. What about for the Asian restaurant (damn, we will never be in the MDR!)?

Per table on the wine. Not sure about Cuchina or JiJi's as have never been to either yet.
