When a cover charge is paid is the menu selection included or is that also extra.?

The cover charge is your total charge for your meal with almost all food items included (drinks are extra; unlimited appetizers, soups, salads and desserts; extra entrees usually incur an additional charge). There are occasional items that will incur a nominal surcharge (e.g., $10 more for lobster). You can find most of the specialty restaurant menus on NCL.com where each menu will indicate whether there are any upcharge items.

I am thinking about a cruise on the getaway March 2015 so trying to find what you have to pay for vs. what is included in the cruise fare. Thanks for the info.
