Great report and I enjoyed the read. I have never heard of a goat cheese soufflé...would love to know all the ingredients. Is this something Princess serves on all ships?

Is there a set menu or can you order it the way you like it? For example, I would like a pepperoni and sausage pizza with pineapple - most places I've seen pineapple on a pizza the meat was Canadian Bacon.

 

I have been to three or four different Alfredo's. It seems the rule of thumb is you can remove items, but not add items. I do know they have pineapple on one pizza so you may be able to add it.

Twice Baked Goat Cheese Souffle is a bucket of amazing-ness! I think the recipe is a closely guarded secret.

 

On my last cruise on the Coral, it was never on the menu. When I asked the Head Waiter about it, he had the kitchen to prepare it for me. I love that about Princess. They really will work to make their passengers happy.:)
