Cruise personaliser access

Anyone else having difficulty connecting to cruise personaliser? I use an iPad and have never experienced problems, but today I keep getting the message to make sure I have inserted into HDML?

Tried OH as well with no luck. Have been using it for months without receiving this message.

Any advice appreciated.:confused:

Thank you everyone. I did eventually get on. I gave up as I had to go out but it worked whenever I got back. Tried most of your suggestions to no avail, earlier. However all is well, now!

Newleen, it just seems to vary, mostly I have no trouble accessing via my iPad but occasionally I do. It doesn't last long though.

Thank you Elviex I too have used the iPad with no trouble up till now. As you say it didn't last long. Just frustrating the first time not knowing it can happen! :)
