Victory-where to pick up tender tickets?

We will be on Victory in January and docked at Grand Cayman 9:00 am. We are supposed to meet our private excursion at 10:00 and I'm not sure we'll have enough time for this (don't have FTTF) but where do they give out the tender tickets that morning?

In January they were handing them out in the theater. Get there early to get a low number, like more than a half hour early!

Usually in the main showroom. There is some priority (FTTF and their early excursions) but if you go down you should be able to get a low number and get off in time.
