Many thanks. 2 week cruise and only allowed 20k as Thomson have put us on a Germania flight!

You could ask if they can add 5kg so you can have 22.5 each but there will be a charge.

 

Why not look at the cruise now as a new booking and see if it allows extra baggage and if so , at what price for the extra weight for your flight.

There are laundries on decks 1 & 2 as well iirc. Celebration and Spirit are well served with self-service ironing and washing facilities. Very useful too!

Tried that. We can only have the 20k of hold luggage and 6k of had luggage because of the airline. If it was a Thomson flight the normal rules would apply apparently. This was one of the (many) things Thomson must have decided I didn't need to know, as they didn't contact me or the TA. It was only when I fired the question at the TA that she got to know and passed the info back to me. Similar situation to the itinerary changes.

We have a routine, take clothes out in deck 2 washer, get drink. Return and put into dryer, get drink. Return and iron anything needed, with 2 drinks
