It is a long standing fault, try using a different browser to access the VP or wait a few hours/days. It is the wonderful Cunard site at its best. Yesterday I could get in on my name but under my wife, same booking #, it would re-direct to P&O web site. Called Cunard and they could not explain. maina Posted September 7, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 7, 2014 (edited) Sometimes switching browsers or clearing the browser's cache and any cookies will help. Procedure varies depending on browser, but if you tell us which browser you are using I'm sure someone can post instructions here on how to do this if you don't know how.
