Q about times of dinner

Im pretty sure ours was 6PM. (on the Dream).I think they stagger them by like 15 minutes so everyone doesn't arrive at the same time.

You do not get a personalized MDR arrival time.

The restaurant opening time is the restaurant opening time period.

For all Guests.

That may occasionally vary cruise to cruise, but no staggering as per this navigator from the disneycruiselineblog August 1 2014

Speciality restaurants yes you are assigned a time at booking.

thats correct. The only time your dining times are different will be in Palo or Remy. Most of us line up at the restarant before the doors open when we have early seating. You can choose either the early or late seating,if early, you'll see the show after dinner.if late, you'll see the show before dinner.
