Watching the Explorer

I'm watching as the Explorer is docking in Bermuda for her 1 day stay.

 

Unfortunately it appears to be raining, and not much of a beach day. Fortunately Bermuda has lots of fun stuff to do, but they might need umbrellas.

Yep, we have some rain and it looks like it will be cloudy for the entire day. I hope the passengers still have fun. Tomorrow the forecast is showing sun so that is good.

Maybe a beach day afterall. I think that this was a 5 day cruise, with the one day in Bermuda. Hopefully the passengers had fun.

Just noticed a crane parked behind the Explorer. Is this for repairs to the dock?

Hi Barb,

The 5-night itinerary docks in Bermuda on Monday in the early morning and departs to return at about 6:00 PM Tuesday evening. Gives passengers almost 2 full days to enjoy Bermuda. We are sailing this itinerary in 12 DAYS and praying that the weather gods are good to us! Cannot wait... :D

I have no idea. I can't see Dockyard from my house but I am in the yard tanning since the weather has gotten better :D

I noticed that you live in Bermuda.......one of my favorite destinations. Can you give us any information about the proposed dredging? Has it been approved and if it has, what is the time table for the project?
