Location question. Noise in our balcony cabin?

Was told the 6th floor balcony can hear noise from the casino, balcony #6368 especially music from the band. What can you tell us, and is it a long walk to the buffet, and the show room. We are Senior Citizens.

Thanks for your advice.

I am assuming you are on a Conquest class ship. If so, we book 6th deck Upper Deck alot on that class of ship, but we are careful about location. We primarily aim for a cabin over the gift shops which is very quiet. You may hear the band from the casino, and possibly the dinging of machines. Depends what side of ship you are on for the most noise. The band generally is on the starboard side of the ship....so if you have a cabin above that area you will most likely hear noise.

No, you are centrally located by the mid ship elevators in #6368....just take the mid ship or aft (rear) elevators up to Lido deck and you are right in the buffet. Not much walking at all!! You are very centrally located in your cabin. Have a fun cruise!

If this is for a Conquest class ship, it looks like you are right over one of the teen clubs, Club O2. There's no telling what might be going on in there, and how late they might be playing loud music. I would suggest moving up to deck 7. Try to get something in about the same location on deck 7. The midship elevators nearby will take you straight up to the lido deck buffet. The showroom is all the way forward, so you'll need to walk a little bit there. But if they put you in the back dining room, you'll be happy that you have a midship room, so that no walk is very far from your room.
