Puntarenas - Rivers of Joy Hot Springs Shore Ex

I had posted this on the Costa Rica board - but it doesn't appear to be seeing much action. Since it is a Princess Shore Ex, thought I'd give it a shot over here.

 

Has anyone done this excursion? I'm wondering if the Hot Springs that we visit are naturally occurring, or if they divert the water into man made pools (since it is a spa resort)?

I hadn't heard of this but was able to find it on trip advisor.
