Yes. The hostess will ask you which you prefer.:) ATD is the BEST.

Just might have to wait awhile until one becomes available.

Go when they open, plenty of open tables at that time. Later it will take longer, as the window tables fill up fast.

We've done ATD on 6 different cruises....twice we had a group we cruised with, the other times just my wife and I. Wait times with the groups(about 10 folks) were surprisingly short..5-10 minutes tops. The cruises when just my wife and I had ATD, we barely waited 5 minutes tops. We ask for a "table for 2"...and those can be a bit "cozy", and we've gone about 7-7:30 most times.

If you go before 7 there generally isn't a wait for a table for 2. We love anytime dining.
