Does anyone know if the sky suites on Reflection have any type of curtain or separation between the sleeping and couch areas? Thank you in advance for your expertise!

No, they do not. Physically they compare more similarity to junior suites on other lines but come with more benefits on Celebrity. In fact, I know of no cabin with a curtain as on some lines. Bigger suites all have separate bedrooms.

Radiance class JS's (RCI) do have an actual curtain between bed and sofa.....but that's the only class that does.
