Reserving Barefoot Beach Cabanas Labadee

Has any one ever reserved these cabanas on Cruise Planner in advance of the sailing? I am getting different answers from the customer service agents at RCCL about the RCCL policy. One agent told me that the only way to reserve one is through the concierge on the ship on day of sailing. Another agent said they can be reserved in advance on Cruise Planner. Also, there have been some posts from people who say they emailed the concierge in advance and received confirmations. I have several bookings on Oasis in a GS--1 in 3, 9 and 12 months I have inquired on each one, and agents tell me that on all of those sailing cabanas are sold out.

Any clarification would be appreciated.

Barefoot Beach cabanas can ONLY be booked one of 2 ways.

1 - Onboard through the concierge.

2- Through emailing the concierge 1-2 weeks before your sailing.

The cabanas that are sold out are the other locations - NOT Barefoot.

You can try to get the concierge to reserve it for you ahead of the 1-2 weeks but when I tried, he told me to email him one week before sailing. I did 10 days before ;) and got it.

Good luck.
