I realize theres a fee to use credit cards in ports, which I wont do much.

But if I give MSC the card at the beginning of the trip for excursions, drink packages, casino, gift shop, etc, will there be a foreign fee charged? thanks

MSC bill you in either USD or Euros and your CC issuer makes the charges.

In the UK The Halifax bank have a card with has Zero fees for overseas purchases (it does charge for cash withdrawals).

So if you're UK based get a Halifax Clarity CC for using overseas.

MSC or any other store in port has nothing to do with your fee charge it's all depend on your CC company . Just call them and make sure .My Gold Visa has no fee on it but MC dose .
