Yoshikitty Posted November 21, 2014 #1 Share Posted November 21, 2014 DH and me both are CCL shareholders and have presented the paperwork prior to our recent voyage. During the TA, the deparment informed us, that only one benefit can be issued per booking number and we are wondering if anyone can point us to the according information. We expected a benefit for both of us.

Dajo5601 Posted November 21, 2014 #3 Share Posted November 21, 2014 Yes, that is quite correct, the shareholder discount is "per booking" and not per person, this is outlined quite clearly under the "Q & A" section of the Cunard web site.
balf Posted November 21, 2014 #4 Share Posted November 21, 2014 If more than one person in my party has shares in your company, will they each receive Shareholder Benefits? Shareholder onboard credit available per cabin and not per person. If different shareholders are occupying different cabins, then the shareholder benefit would be applicable to each cabin that occupies shareholder. Both shareholders will need to apply prior to departure. If you have shares in carnival and would like the benefits added to your booking, please see question: How do I apply my shareholder benefits to my booking? for further details. If you do not have shares in carnival and are interested in purchasing some, please see Where can I buy Carnival shares? David.
