Poor Service Tampa

Don't know what is happening in Tampa. Extremely long lines when we boarded Vision of the Seas last Sat. Now we are ready to depart. No one communicates. have been waiting and waiting! Wondering if we will ever get off ship

We had the same thing on the Nov 22 cruise.

By far the worst I've ever seen, Both embarking and debarking.

It's packed and they just started boarding about 15 minutes ago, but the large lines are moving reasonably quickly. It's a longer process than FLL but it's going smoothly especially due to the late arrival into port.
