Recommendation on Roatan seafood restaurant?

I have heard that Gios, and the Lobster Pot are good places to eat lunch in Roatan. Anyone been to either place and would you recommend it?

Lobster Pot is really good, if you're over on the West End. Tiny kitchen but great food. If you're in West Bay along one of the beaches, take a water taxi ($3 ?) to West End. All the water taxi drivers know where it is and can take you right there.

Taxi drivers will know where to go too if you want to go from the port.
