Pre-cruise on Moorea to PG-time frame?

What time can we expect to be transfered to the ship after our pre-cruise package on Moorea? Should we do (and do they)offer tours of Tahiti that first afternoon-time permitting? Thanks!:o

I would stay over on Moorea as long as possible. If the transfer is by ferry, the ferry is steps from the ship. Embarkation is from 3 p.m. onwards, fairly strictly enforced. Tahiti is interesting, and the market is great, but it closes Saturday afternoon, so is of no use. Just my opinion.
