Ziplining: Antigua, St. Lucia or St. Thomas?

Has anyone done Antigua Rainforest canopy tour? Would a 79 year old in good physical shape (for a 79 year old man) be able to do this, ziplining has somehow shown up on my fathers bucket list.

We are diving at Coki beach in St Thomas, so our option is Antigua. I am encouraged by contact with the company that my father can do it. Anyone have any ground transportation advice for getting to Antigua rainforest canopy tour?

helo driver, tell your dad to go ahead. I went ziplining in Jamaica last week and I'm 74. I have done the one in Antigua and it is very similar. One caveat - there is a great long staircase at the end to get back up to the start. You can take your time. Good for him! Para-sailing next?

Thanks DougYWG, that is reassuring,we are in. The company said 125 steps and if he can take his time that will not be an issue. I am a certified diver, actually have him doing a discovery scuba dive on this trip too!

Both are ship excursions through Carnival, and I will let you know if they were worth it when we get back in a few weeks :) The reviews on the Antigua cruise are fantastic and a couple from my roll call are doing it again so we had to try it this trip. I think it was $149 for an adult.
