Booking tour at the pier

We will be arriving on the breakaway , Monday ,Jan. 26.2015 At 9am. What are the chances of negotiating a tour for 4 people right at the pier.

We were in st kitts March 6th...I had made arrangements w carambola beach resort for chairs and umbrella, upon arrival to port there were numerous taxi companies doing island tours our driver was jack he was $25 we did a 2 hour island tour and then he took us to carambola beach resort! We absolutely loved it! It was $25 for jack (drinks included!) and $10 per chair at carambola
