TavelRN Posted January 28, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 28, 2015 Wondering what time the fish fry shacks close. We are doing a ship excursion to the Atlantis, but am thinking about stopping by the fish fry on the way back to the ship. Trying to figure out if this is doable. And how easy it will be to get a cab from the fish fry... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Forums mobile app

Most shacks close around 10 on most nites except Friday/Sat which will remain open into the nite, but it also get's extremely crowded and somewhat rowdy these nites. Not a good night for a quick dinner as it can take several hours to be seated and served. And they run out of items as nite goes on, so going late could be frustrating. Weeknite, except monday, (many are closed) You should be able to find them open until 10. If the Fish Fry is open, there will be plenty of cabs available. BTW..Fish Fry is not " on the way back to the ship". they are in opposite directions from the ship. Atlantis is East of the dock - Fish Fry is West. TavelRN Posted January 28, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted January 28, 2015 Thanks for the info. I guess I should have mapped it out. Still will try to make an attempt at doing both. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Forums mobile app

princess2tall Posted January 29, 2015 #5 Share Posted January 29, 2015 Has anyone walked from the FF back to the ship in the evenings? Is it safe? (We are from Chicago so may be braver than we should be!)

This is SO VERY TRUE! :D Our favorite at Fish Fry is Twin Brothers. :) Just don't expect speedy service. LuLu
