That's something you'll have to ask NCL about.

 

Assumption would be that the initial contract ran out and one or both parties decided not to renew. I would hazard to guess that perhaps the #s from NCL cruises were too small and NCL wanted too large of a cut. Typically when a place or excursion provider works exclusively with a cruise line the cruise line gets 50-60% of the take, which is one reason ship sponsored excursions cost so much more.
