What to do in Barbados?

Hello. Wife and I will be in Barbados for the day on Celebrity on a bout a month. What tours / operators / activities would you recommend? WE were going to book the off road Segway tour through Celebrity but missed it, so something along those line, or ATV/4x4, or even a great beach/ snorkeling or tour would work too. Just not sure where to start?

We took a taxi to payne's beach and went out on a boat to snorkel and swim with the turtles. The boat operator charged us $25 each (last year) and I believe the taxi for the 3 of us was $20-30.

The excursion offered by Celebrity (the longer one that includes the beach and lunch) to swim with the turtles is quite good. :)

There is a company that offers ATV tours in Barbados. Just google " atv tours in barbados" and you will find their website.
