Can you imagine her taking a vacation to Europe? Topless bathers EVERYWHERE!!! Community pools, the beach, etc. And not just in Europe, many Caribbean islands too...Some are just oblivious to the reality of life!

Come on guys, cut the lady some slack! She phrased her original request in a nice enough way. Personally, I didn't particularly care for the picture myself; but I just posted some more pictures after it so that it wouldn't keep popping up. She chose to say something. The whole thing would have died right there if y'all hadn't started making fun of her.

I have been on this board a lot longer than both of you put together. The original board was intended to share information and experiences with other cruisers -- to be helpful. Within the last couple of years the tone has changed and posts seem to be a contest to see who can make the wittest sarcastic remark. That is a totally unnecessary goal.

The pictures posted on this thread are very enjoyable. So let's just please stick to the purpose and play nice in the sandbox. :D
My Kids love to use this site can we please keep it MORAL!
We cant go on EBAy or Google with out seeing porn. Can we please have a family friendly community??????
This is no different that you'll see on the pool deck of a cruise ship. There is no "porn" in this picture, everything is covered. Do you also find cruises immoral because a female may be wearing a revealing swimsuit? C'mon now, is the picture in question really that horrible?

OK was going to let it go but what the heck. First things first thanks for backing me up. Why is it assumed that I am thought to be a her/female based on my comment? Fathers care too.

a-tx-brit,
I had to laugh when I saw that picture and your response to it! When we were on the Freedom in Aug., the CD James Andrews did a skit about the 10 dumbest questions that cruisers ask. One of the top ones was something like this, "Where does the crew sleep onshore every night?". That's not the exact words, but you get the idea! Anyway, that's what I thought of when I first saw the picture. Say goodnight, the crew is going ashore. :D

Technically, this is not a cruise photo, but I thought it was an interesting shot. It was taken on board the Queen Mary prior to our cruise on Monarch of the Seas last month. I was standing at the bow looking back towards the bridge.

Taken early in the morning on the Mercury as the crew was making up time between ports...from the looks of it, we were doing about 75 knots!

Just kidding! It was early. Just before sunrise and still dark enough that it was possible to take a ½ sec. exposure to blur the water. I've read posts where people ask if you really need a tripod while cruising...well, I do!

If it works, this should be my favorite cruise pic ever... We were at Castaway Cay, Disney's Private Island... beautiful place for sure and classy ship!!
