2hrs long enough for Teppanyaki?

We were just on the Dawn and had Teppenyaki on 2 separate nights. The times available on our ship were 5:30, 7:15, and 9:00. They were set for those times as the meal typically takes 1.5 hours, giving them 15 minutes to clean/prepare for the next group. You should be fine with the 7:15.

It is more than enough time. But if for some reason your meal goes longer than expected, you can postpone dessert until after your show. In fact, if you are too full after the meat course, I think you can always ask to come back later for dessert. (They will serve it to you at a table in the adjacent dining room, not at the Teppanyaki grill.)
