Can't Modify Izumi - Oasis

Hi All

 

Have been logging into the cruise planner the past few days to swap around some dinner slots and the "modify" button for Izumi is not showing.

 

I called RCI today and spoke to a customer service rep who couldn't help with it nor could they amend it.

 

Has anyone else noticed this or know why it's happening?

I'm not able to make reservations at Izumi all. I want to reserve a table for 6 for my twin sons 18th birthday. I even called Royal Caribbean. The service attendant said I could keep calling back or try on board. It doesn't sound promising. I'll probably chose a different restaurant or maybe the MDR.

Having a similar issue with not being able to cancel Sabor on Oasis. However I figure since it is no charge for the booking (Sabor is a la carte on Oasis), I can just cancel when I get on board.
