Where did you get the OBC?

OBC received as a promo from NCL has restrictions. It may not be used toward onboard service charges or pre-purchased activities.

OBC that is purchased can be used for anything, including the service charge.

OBC that is gifted from a TA can usually be used for anything, but is occasionally restricted. Speak with your TA if this applies to you.

Anyone know if there are restrictions on how you can spend OBC? For instance can you use it to pay gratuities or, in the Casino? or, do you have to use it for excursions, speciality meals etc.

Thanks

Depends on the source. If it is non-refundable OBC from NCL it can be used for anything except the service charges. Otherwise OBC can be used for anything onboard (if you withdraw it at the casino you are charged a 3% fee).
