Is the spa/hair salon open on embarkation day

Cruising in Feb /16 on the Breeze for my friends wedding - she's getting married on the ship before we leave port.

 

For anyone who's been married onboard, was the hair salon open early? If not, any recommendations on where to get hair done close to port?

Ask this question on the port board too....and ask the wedding/special events co-ordinator on/at Carnival too or on your ship....if nobody knows ..... best to have all cleared with your ship anyway..things change and varey..
