Myself, wife and daughter are cruising together. I understand we get 2 UBP which is for alcohol and 1 for soda. Does it matter which 2 people receive the alcohol package. We are all adults over 22.

Passengers 1 and 2 as listed on your reservation receive the UBP and passenger 3 will receive the soda plan only. If your people aren't listed in the desired positions, simply call NCL or your TA and have them switched to the positions you want.

Thanks OP for asking this question. Pisenor ...Can this switch be done once on the ship or should it be done before we board? Both my husband and I don't drink but our 2 sons (over 21) do.

I have never had the need to do this but I understand from reading on here that this is something that needs to be done before. If I am mistaken could someone please correct me?

We are in the same boat. My husband and 22 year old son got the alcohol package and myself with 3 other kids received the soda package. The 22 yr old is listed as passenger 2 with full fare. He got all 21 latitude points for this cruise 7 for 7 days 7 for suite 7 for booking 9 months out. I got nothing because of kids sail free

The primary two people (Guests 1 and 2) get the UDP. If you are all in one room you need to call your PCC or TA in advance of the cruise to ensure the people you want to have the UDP are listed 1 and 2. You can not make the change on board the ship. The amenity is already assigned at check in. They should be able to make this change very easily with a phone call.

This is not true. Free or not you still get your latitude points. They are received after the sailing.
