Between 11:00 & 11:30!
At least on our last 3 cruises. Now it also depends on when all disembarkation passengers are all off also.
Since we live here a lot of times we just walk from our hotel around 10:45 and it usually is a smooth process.

Our daughter is a Triathlete and is sponsored.
Going to Barcelona for the Ironman, and finished one here in our hometown of San Diego on March 28th. We could not be there since we were on the Nieuw Amsterdam!
She loves it!
