Casino currency in Europe?

Just wondering what the currency in the casino is while ships are in Europe? Do the machines stay in dollars, or switch to another currency - either Euro, or the currency of the embarkation port, for example?

 

I'm guessing dollars, as changing the machines currency could be a pain, but just checking!

Casino stays in USD.
