If you ask me, and to be fair, no one has, X should abandon the French/bistro concept altogether and turn the place into a diner or pub grub type establishment. I mean, what's is French about clam chowder or Sunday roast anyway?!

Give me fish and chips, fried chicken, meatloaf, anything that's proper comfort food!
