Haven butler unpacking?

I've had the butler unpack us, both on ncl and at land based resorts that offered the service. It has worked wonderfully for us, and I really enjoy being able to put my feet up and enjoy my welcome beverage knowing the next time i have to do chores is laundry when I get home.

We've never used it, but then again, we never unpack either. We just live out of our suitcases. Also means not having to unpack at the end. :)
