What to do in Mahogany Bay for the day?

We have never been to Mahogany Bay before and I was wondering what is their to do there?, any tips/ideas??

 

Can you snorkel there?

 

What do you do when you go there?

Ships under the Carnival Corporation umbrella (Carnival, Princess, HAL, etc.) dock in Roatan at Mahogany Bay rather than Coxen Hole.

No matter, you are still in Roatan.

I loved visiting Roatan. I thought it was an incredibly beautiful island. Mahogany Bay is just a man-made cruise terminal with a beach and shops. I would suggest you get out and see the island of Roatan. We used Victor Bodden tours and Tex was our guide. $40.00 a piece for an all day tour and we got to say where we went. Tex did offer some suggestions which were great.

 

Do yourself a favor, and go see the island beyond the Carnival Corporation's cruise terminal.:):):)
