"At sea" forecast

Hi all. This might seem like a stupid question, but what's the best way to figure out the forecast for the weather/waves at sea on my cruise from Boston? We are leaving on Friday and I'm wondering aside from looking at radar maps of the Atlantic if there's a better place to get some insight.

Thanks!
