Another Wine Question

Could somebody tell me. If my partner and I ordered a bottle of wine and we didn`t finish it, would it then be kept for us the next day. Also can beer be ordered at the table instead of wine.

yes, if you do not finish your wine the waiter will put your name on it and bring it too you the next night. im sure you can order beer also. any of the drinks can be ordered while you are at dinner.

 

i have already ordered 3 bottles of wine through the '' gift/services'' option on the carnival site for my cruise. i want to have as many things paid for in advance before i board. :)

you can order any type of alcohol you want from the bar waiter. He/she will make an appearance at your table shortly after you arrive for dinner.

 

In fact, I always made arrangements the first night to have a champagne cocktail waiting for me every evening (I like traditional seating).

 

Of course, I always tell the bar waiter ahead of time if I'm ever NOT going to be in the dining room (due to having reservations for one of the alternative restaurants, for instance).

You can also "take it with you". We ordered a bottle of champange & brought it outside to drink on deck. Once outside, somebody was even nice enough to briing us an ice bucket.
