wareaglefan Posted June 23, 2015 #26 Share Posted June 23, 2015 To me yes, 6 is too short so that's why I just booked the 8 day along with the 6 on Vista to make it a B2B!
ASchaff Posted June 23, 2015 #27 Share Posted June 23, 2015 We have done all 7 day cruises EXCEPT for 1, which was a 5 day, and felt WAY too short.
seashell4274 Posted June 23, 2015 #28 Share Posted June 23, 2015 I would definitely do the 6 days on Breeze. Most of our cruises are 5 days because it works better for scheduling for me.I just want to go. None of them are to short for me. wampuscat7 Posted June 23, 2015 #29 Share Posted June 23, 2015 I've been wondering the same thing. My compromise is that if we pick the 6-day, we'll stay and extra day in the port. A nice hotel with a nice, uncrowded pool would be a nice way to end a trip as well. For me, the saddest thing is always going straight from ship to airport (and then waiting around the airport). Lol, which is exactly why my husband and I are extending our cruise by spending extra days in NOLA at the end of our cruise rather than at the beginning. If I have to be in denial about our cruise ending, I'd rather be in denial in NOLA than in an airport! lizi116 Posted June 25, 2015 Author #31 Share Posted June 25, 2015 I like 7 and 8 nighters the best, but have enjoyed 4 and 6 night cruises too. I guess it all depends on the ships/ports/pricing in comparing the two. What are the choices? 6 Day is on Breeze (newer ship) Ocho Rios, Grand Caymen and Cozumel. 7 day is on Valor to Cozumel, Roatan, Belize and Costa Maya. What I don't like about this one is that I've been on the Liberty and Conquest, and the Valor is practically the same ship! I feel like a want to try a different class of ship. Pretty much decided on the 6 day Breeze!:)
rhodester Posted June 25, 2015 #32 Share Posted June 25, 2015 If you have to be back to work on Monday, there is something to be said for the Sunday to Saturday cruises that give you a day off at home before heading back to the job.
Jenhem31 Posted June 25, 2015 #33 Share Posted June 25, 2015 I did a 6 day on the Breeze and it was great. Like everyone else, even a 7 day is too short for me.
