The aft dining room is always Traditional/fixed dining. The two mid-ship dining rooms are Anytime although one of them will be used for very early fixed dining. The Patter and Princess@Sea on your smartphone will have the dining times for each dining room and restaurant.

On the Caribbean Princess, the Island Dining Room, which is mid-ship on deck 5, is used for Anytime Dining from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The Coral Dining Room, which is mid-ship on deck 6, serves Early Traditional Dining (the 5:30 p.m. seating), followed by Anytime Dining starting at around 7:15 p.m. If you like eating earlier, the Island Dining Room will work best. Even though the Coral Dining Room is available for Anytime Dining after the Early Traditional diners leave, sometimes Early Traditional diners will stay longer than 7:15 p.m., so that dining room may work better for later diners.
