Chilkoot Tours

Just got back from our Alaskan Cruise & HAD to give a 2 thumbs up to Chilkoot Tours in Skagway & Brian, our tour guide on the bus-train excursion! It was such a fun way to see that part of Alaska & Canada & I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Brian knew so much about the area, but not too much to overwhelm us. And he stopped at several out of the way places for photo-ops. And the train ride was beautiful!

Thank you for the review. I am debating what to do at that port. I know the train is a highlight but seems there is so much else to see on the highway as well, so I am looking into these 1/2 and 1/2 trips. Did this tour take you to Emerald Lake by chance?

I did train up/bus down, and while in The Yukon you stop at Emerald Lake for about 10 minutes for photos. Our driver was called Brian too, and he shows (briefly) near the start of the second video. I hope everyone who does this enjoys it as much as I did. All the best, Tony
